The beginner's guide to Warbits
Tips and tricks on how to play!

Positioning is incredibly important in Warbits, as you gain bonuses or advantages against enemies just for standing in the right place, at the right time.
Obvious uses of this are standing in outposts and forests, but less obvious are, say, standing on top of a factory. All of a sudden, you've prevented your enemy from producing any more units!
Plan moves carefullyThink carefully before you move a unit, as you can't take moves back.
You can tap and hold over your and enemy units to examine movement and firing ranges, which can help you determine the safest and most advantageous moves you can make.
Don't spread yourself too thinWarbits does demand that you expand in order to secure additional resources, but doing so too quickly can leave you very vulnerable to attack.
This game operates using rock-paper-scissors mechanics between all of its units. If you go too far into enemy territory without a well-balanced force, your opponent can easily counter you and set you back.
Infantry and APCs are ALWAYS importantAs you get later into any given round in Warbits, it's tempting to solely invest in expensive, powerful units to crush your enemy. While this is a viable strategy, never forget the importance of infantry units and APCs.
Infantry units are the only units that can capture outposts, so their value cannot be overstated. Infantry can also be super useful, as they're the only ground units that can go over mountains and other rocky terrain.
APCs are equally important not only because they can help protect your precious infantry, but also because they are the key to supplying your army of mech and air units. Without APCs, it's very difficult to keep your army loaded up with fuel and ammunition.
