Pre-registration is now open for Oceans & Empires – JoyCity’s new ocean based strategy game

Set for release on Android and iOS next week, Oceans & Empires is a game that tasks you with building an empire through trade, alliances and ocean warfare.

You can choose from a dozen different levels of troops as well as twelve different types of vessel to shape your ocean army and conquer the high seas.
