5 quick mobile workouts to motivate you

Beginning an exercise routine, or getting back into fitness after a slump can be daunting with the overwhelming amount of experts out there telling you which way is right, and which way is wrong, and which exercises are the best. Forget about all of that for now and start out small to get motivated and inspired. These five apps will get you moving in just a few minutes a day.
The 7 Minute Fitness workout is hugely popular for good reason. It’s a great way to start out or to get motivated again with brief but intense workouts you can complete before you head off to work in the morning. The app gives you a full workout plan for overall fitness and to make it even easier, you don’t need any equipment.
Johnson & Johnson also cashed in on the popular 7 Minute Workout with their take on the app that features its own unique features. The program boasts over 100 different workouts of varying difficulty levels. You can assess your progress, and even use your own music library to get you through that intense seven minutes of training each day.
The minds at Nike created an all-inclusive app to get your fitness on track. The app features over 100 exercises for all abilities, and even exercise plans that will tell you what workouts to do each day. All of the exercises offer optional guidance to check your form. If you’re looking to get some cardio in, too, you can track your runs with the app.
Just Six Weeks helps you get back into tip-top shape in, well, six weeks with three body-weight workouts a week. Regular assessment tests gauge your progress and ability to make sure that the workouts are appropriate for your personal level of fitness.
This app has quite a following. It’s perfect if you want something a bit more customizable if you’re getting comfortable planning your own workouts. It comes with a selection of pre-programmed HIIT workouts and Tabata runs, but you’re also free to plug in your own exercises too. The in-app timer is fully customizable so you can set interval length and rest periods.
Exercising doesn’t have to be something you dread each day. These apps will help get you back on track, and they’re even fun. As most of these apps include exercises that are 30 minutes or less, you have no excuses.
