Rocat Jumpurr, the rocket propelled action game, has introduced a brand new mode in its latest update

Polish developer, Mousetrap Games, has released the biggest update for their popular action game, Rocat Jumpurr since it first launched for iOS and Android in August last year. The headline addition is the new game variant, Wild Mode.

This includes a host of different modifiers and rewards for players to collect throughout their adventure. Alongside that, they'll be able to increase their arsenal by making use of newly added Power Ups that will help them reach new high scores. Meanwhile, players can also discover Mega Power Ups. If you're unfamiliar with Rocat Jumpurr, it sees players making their way through several levels by playing as a cat who moves by firing a rocket launcher. You see, the recoil of the weapon is so powerful that it sends our feline hero flying across the screen.

Discussing the game, Marcin Gola, Game Director of Mousetrap Games said: “The mechanics of Rocat Jumpurr were developed by our team specializing in player psychology. We chose the most satisfying factors for the human brain: outbursts, the surprise effect and the joy of mastering the (unpredictable) bazooka. All this, accompanied by Rocat's sweet meowing and big, cross-eyed eyes, creates a lot of pleasurable gaming experience.

They added: “The first opinions of players testing the production are very positive. Just a few days after the technical launch, the game was awarded with “Games we Love" category on App Store.”

Rocat Jumpurr is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
