Meteorfall: Krumit's Tale is getting an iOS & Android beta test this Thursday, and you can sign up now to get involved.

This one's a follow-up to Slothwerks' deck-building roguelike, Meteorfall, from back in 2018. The idea is that you'll pick one of several character types, then venture through a series of procedurally generated dungeons while gradually acquiring new cards and devising fresh strategies.

Krumit's Tale will offer full multi-device support, meaning you can easily transfer your mobile progress over to the PC version. If you'd like to transfer your PC saves over to mobile, there's an in-game 'Export Data' option that allows you to do just that. On top of this, it also supports iCloud and Google Play Saved Games, which is ideal for those with multiple devices.

While the game doesn't yet have a firm release date, the team expects that it might be ready to launch within the next couple months. That said, this largely depends on how well the beta test goes. The full version will be priced at $6.99, and it will open for pre-order ahead of its iOS & Android release.

If you'd like to get involved in the beta, here's a handy link to the sign-up form. The original Meteorfall launched to much critical acclaim, and Krumit's Tale seems to be a marked improvement across the board, so it certainly seems like one to keep an eye on.
