It's obvious if you spend a little time reading various tech blogs on the internet that an enormous stink of success has clouded around Fart Apps since their introduction in 2008.

From the LA Times to individual developer blogs, there are clear signs of the Fart App's incredible sales achievement as a genre unto itself. The genre has even surpassed the iOS itself with the power of a hundred mile an hour wind, heading to Windows Phone 7 in the very near future.

It's been a long time coming, folks, but it is finally time for us to push out the new version of our site: 148Farts. With the deep, rich successes of this genre in the iTunes Store itself, we can only follow the trend by taking the logical next step: reviewing Fart Apps and only Fart Apps for the forseeable future.

We've been brewing this change at a grassroots level for many months, now, and we're really glad to be able to finally bring it to you in all it's heady glory. Stay tuned right here for all the Fart App news and reviews you can stand. let us know what you think in the comments below, because our stink is only as powerful as how we stink together.
