Clash Royale: The Road to Legendary Arena: Hog Mountain

Supercell recently celebrated its 10th anniversary and their best title, Clash Royale, is as good as it's ever been. Even for lapsed players, returning to the game is as easy as can be.

If you want to join us in picking the game back up, we've put together this guide series to help guide you through each arena with a top deck recommendation and some tips for how to do it. Check it out below, as well as all of our other Clash Royale guides.

Recommended Deck: Goblin Barrel, Firecracker, Goblin Gang, Ice Spirit, Inferno Tower, Knight, Log, Rocket Description: Up in these higher tiers of arenas, you'll need to start getting creative with your decks, though most well-rounded ones generally have two damage spells and at least one building. This deck follows this format, but its designed to beat your opponents by going over their defenses. Tips:

Goblin Barrel and Rocket are your keys to victory here. You aren't outfitted with cards that can make a standard offensive push, so just lob units and damage directly at towers instead while playing defense.
Try to alternate using Goblin Gang and Firecracker as defensive options, as they both can be countered by the same spells.
Your biggest weakness here is any beefier grouped units like Barbarians or Royal Hogs. Make sure to save Log and Ice Spirit to slow those down so that your Inferno Tower and other units can take them out before dealing too much damage. To see our other Road to Legendary Arena guides, click here
