Here are the best indie games that debuted on the App Store this week

The App Store has been running a pretty spectacular promotion of indie games over the past few days, featuring a selection of indie games quite prominently on the storefront while releasing a brand new indie game each day. The promotion is running until Monday, but Apple's come out to say that they'll continue to feature indie games in their own section moving forward. 

As the week winds down, let's take a look at all of the lovely games that launched in the promotion thus far. There's a good mix of fast-paced arcade hits, RPGs, roguelikes, puzzlers, and more.
Play the role of an amorphous blob trying to make sense of a ruined, post-apocalyptic world. It's an artful, one-of-a-kind puzzler. 

Oxenfree debuted last year on PC and gained quite a following. It's a moody teenage thriller with lots of complex branching storylines. 

Beglitched distinguishes itself as the cutest game about hacking you'll ever play. It's tricky match-three puzzles will make you feel like a real smarty-pants. 

This pretty little spin on a kingdom builder seats you on a horse as you travel across the land gathering your armies and building up the services your fledgling monarchy needs to survive. 

An idle game disguised as a city building sim, Bit City may be a clicker game, but it's a blast levelling up your buildings and seeing how your city shapes up. Build water parks, fried chicken stands, campgrounds, and more to give your city it's own unique charm. 

Golf Zero is insanely difficult, but its clever design ensures you want to keep pressing forward. Guide your ball past spiky traps and grumpy little monsters to score a hole in one.

If you enjoy space operas like Saga, Mass Effect, or Firefly, Ticket to Earth is sure to please. It's a stunning four-part episodic RPG with some puzzle elements thrown in for good measure. 

This is a beautiful, modern take on the classic Rubik's Cube puzzle. You'll need to shift and twist your path to guide your character to the puzzle's exit. It's fantastical art style and clever combination of popular mobile game mechanics make Euclidean Lands a must play.
