The PlankApp is a fitness app with 100% focus on your ABS. Sometime it's hard to motivate yourself and push you exercises even further that's why The Plank is telling when you are close to a previous High Score, so you can hold on for a few extra seconds and set a new high score, but also strengthen your ABS and lose fat at the same time.

During testing of The PlankApp I started with 30 second intervals and had a hard time completing them. Now two weeks later 1 minute and 15 seconds feels easy. That's a gain of over 100% percent in just two weeks.
