You have to start by collecting all the ingredients:

- Flour

- Manteca
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Ice Cream Cone
- Milk

Step One: You cut the butter into equal portions
Step Two: Add the milk, flour, sugar, baking powder baking blender and butter cut into small pieces.
Third Step: Beat few minutes
