HOW THINGS GROW in a...
- Veggie Patch
What a mess! Put away all the rubbish and rake the soil - now the veggie patch is ready for planting! Which vegetables do you want to grow? Take your pick and plant the seed. Don’t forget to water and watch out for the naughty little bugs. Watch with delight as your plants grow day by day. Soon it’s time to collect your harvest. Great job!

- Fruit Pot
Grow all kinds of yummy berries. Pour the soil into the pot and put in the sapling. Oh no! The bugs have eaten away the leaves. Time to trim away the bad parts. Snip snip! Whew. You have saved the day!

- Wheatfield
Time to bring out the machines! Drive a tiller to clear out the drink cans and mushrooms. Go on a helicopter ride as you water the wheatfield. Harvest the crops in a cool combine tractor. There is so much to explore!

TREASURE HUNT
The fun doesn’t just end there. In every scene there is a hidden surprise waiting to be found. Can you spot where it is? Collect all objects to create and customize your own rabbit house.

ENCOURAGING CURIOSITY
Children naturally ask questions. It is important to support their curiosity and encourage them to further explore how things work. Happy Little Farmer is a good way to start interesting discussions about how things grow in real life and to inspire kids to go into the garden and find their own answers.

Fun app but you need adult help

This app is awesome! My 2 year old loves it!!! I can't give it 5 stars because the scissors are way to hard to use! Aside from that, my 2 year old can do the entire app by herself. I won't buy the full app until something changes with the scissors. Cutting 4 leaves 3 times each with 2 fingers is a little excessive. We look forward to an update!!!!

Early problem solving skills!

I love it because my student loves it. He has language and motor challenges due to Downs Syndrome so many traditional teaching tools frustrate him. He is motivated to problem solve in this game and experiences the number and story-line aspect that is imbedded as well. The only thing beyond his scope is pinching the scissors to prune the plant. But I am hoping he will persevere to keep trying on that. Thanks for your work on this app! --Lynn Ouellette, MS-Ed
