I really enjoy all the functions of the app and it’s seamless and very easy to use
Features advertised not available
I downloaded the app thinking it would be easier buying than the *111 route that I was using AND because there was a “detailed usage” option. However it’s not much easier to buy data/airtime, and there is NO detailed usage available. It says “coming soon,” so I checked the features advertised on the app and there it is: “even get your detailed data usage to see which apps are using your data most” (to paraphrase”. Why say there is a feature available but it isn’t? I’ll likely delete the app because there is no real benefit to it other than the data usage and it’s just another app that will use data when I don’t need it to. Vodacom, WHEN will that feature be available??
Terrible. This app is embarrassingly bad
The app takes forever to load, freezes, errors out when trying to take payment, or sometimes even takes payment but doesn’t provision the service. Modals covering up the buttons you need to click- seriously?! I’ve been trying top up my data for three days- the app simply does not work. Regardless of internet connection, time of day, purchase type, payment card (I’ve tried 4). The rep says “sorry, our app never works. Just keep trying!”… lol is this a joke?!
