The 7 rules for living gamefully is a framework to be stronger, happier, braver & more resilient in everyday life.

Invented by researcher & game designer Jane McGonigal, SuperBetter is backed by science. In a randomized controlled trial at University of Pennsylvania playing SuperBetter for 30 days was associated with significant improvements in mental health and resilience.

Promote mental health, resilience, social-emotional learning and skills for success with groups in a way that's practical & engaging.

Designed for educators, the Host account is available to anyone:

> Small groups, teams & clubs foster youth mental health & resilience.
> Universities empower student success & student wellbeing.
> Small businesses make it a low-cost employee wellbeing program.

The web-based host portal makes it easy to create squads & host challenges. Squad challenges bring the SuperBetter methodology to life. Each has an epic win and 5-days of activities. Hosts select from a library of over 90 challenges to promote mental, emotional, social & physical resilience, or create custom challenges to have squads go for any epic win they choose. Squad members play about 10 minutes a day on the SuperBetter mobile or web app. They use a free Player account or a low-cost Hero account. Learn more on the SuperBetter website.

PLAYER ACCOUNT: SQUAD PLAY ONLY

The Player account is a companion to the Host account. It is a free account to play with squads only.

Players can join squad challenges when invited by someone with a Host account, and play a weekly challenge hosted by SuperBetter.

DESIGNED FOR SMARTPHONES

The SuperBetter mobile app is designed for smartphones. If you have a Chromebook, iPad or tablet device you can play on the web app.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

The Hero account price is $24.99 per year.

Pricing is for U.S. customers. Pricing in other countries may vary. Charges may be converted to local currency depending on country of residence.

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period. Manage your subscription in Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
