Disable Select Room Option Enhancement
When the “Allow to book other spaces” setting is turned off, then in the New Event screen the “Select Room” option will be disabled.
Room is not Reservable Pop-up Enhancement
When the “Allow other space” setting is turned off, then in the Room Information screen the ability to book other spaces than the one where the device is attached is not allowed. The message “Room is not reservable. Your organization has disabled booking this room.” displays.
General Maintenance
From the Main screen, when you tap the Map button, now, the floor plan loads seamlessly.
When you created ad-hoc event, the app restarted so we have fixed this and now the ad hoc event is created and displays.
The Confirmation window was disappearing; we have fixed this so it will appear.

hip and efficient!
love this software. we installed it in our office space and use Google Calendar to schedule out our three conference rooms. the guys at EventBoard are quick to respond to any questions you might have as well.
Simple and elegant solution, but watch out for billing department
Been using this service for several years and it works well. Dealing with the billing department for renewals is a disaster.
Various bugs
On the current version, screen dimming doesn’t work and the reserve button pulls up a blank screen so you cannot make a reservation.
